You are invited to a long weekend of inspiration, spiritual practice and spiritual company.  You will find new energy and understanding to help you on your spiritual journey, plus workshops and classes on spiritual topics and meditation.

The weekend will include collective kiirtan, meditation and yoga classes, delicious vegetarian meals, workshops, planning meetings and time for light-hearted outings, cultural programs and sharing.

We’ll have programs that will suit people new to Ananda Marga and long-time practitioners.

You can also enjoy the beautiful and relaxing environment of the Ananda Marga community surrounded by rainforest, with areas to walk and explore.

Childcare and children’s activities will be organised according to the ages and interests of the children, so please let us know if you are bringing children.

Accommodation will also be arranged according to your needs, so again, please let us know in advance, so we can organise the right place for you.

Suggested donation: $50/adult, $25/children.

The program starts Thursday evening, 9th July from 5:30 pm (though you may come earlier to settle in) . Ends after lunch Sunday.

Bring warm clothes, bedding, musical instruments, notebook, meditation shawl , water bottle and love.  Volunteer service will be requested of all to create a smooth flow in the kitchen.

Please feel welcome to prepare a short offering for the Talent Sharing Evening. This could be a song, poem, skit, comedy or dance that suits the spiritual theme of the retreat.

-- Three hour Sadhana Shivir Friday and Saturday mornings (half an hour of kiirtan alternating with half hour of meditation)

-- Three hour Akhanda Kiirtan on Sunday morning

-- Four interesting workshops all based around the theme of Creating a Balanced Mind:
